As an affiliated institute of the Alanus University of Arts and Social Sciences in Alfter near Bonn, REGWI is closely linked to science and teaching. At Alanus University, together with numerous social-ecological pioneers, leaders and transformers for the sustainable economy have been trained since 2006 under the slogan "Economy Rethinking". Alanus University's extraordinary curriculum lies in the connection between art, business and society. Artistic approaches help to understand complex relationships, for example between economic activity and human development, in a more holistic way. With plural perspectives that do not deny complexity but make it visible, students and teachers together open up new paths and solutions for companies, which we urgently need - because the limits of this planet have already been reached in many places. The Alanus University School of Business and Economics cooperates closely with almost 30 practical partners who practice socially and ecologically oriented business management - among them Alnatura, Vaude, Riese & Müller, Weleda and the Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ).
